Cancellation Policy

24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment, except in cases of sudden illness, emergency, or inclement weather. Cancellations without a 24-hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service scheduled, as that time has been set aside specifically for you. Please arrive on time for your appointment. The time for your appointment has been arranged for you. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.  In the event you don’t call and/or don’t show up, full payment for your session will be required. 

Due to the significant increase in guests not showing up for their scheduled services, we now require a credit card or gift certificate to hold appointments when scheduling online.  The credit card or gift certificate will only be charged if a guest fails to show up for the scheduled appointment and does not call to notify the staff that they are unable to make it.  We understand that circumstances arise, and we are more than happy to reschedule appointments.
