HOW TO IMPROVE YOUR CRYOSKIN BODY SCULPTING EXPERIENCE
- Increase water intake, including lemon if possible
- Keep skin free of lotions to treated areas
- Wear loose clothing on the day of treatment
- Avoid alcohol a couple of days before the treatment
- Avoid caffeine on the day of the treatment
- Exercise a little daily – keep it all moving
- Continue to increase water intake
- Avoid alcohol after treatment (1 day)
- Exercise daily (15-20 minutes)
- Avoid sugars (1-2 days)
- Avoid processed foods, artificial sweeteners, conventional dairy, and soy
