MORNING CHECKLIST FROM 9 AM – 11 AM

  •  Turn on spa lights
  •  Slice lemon and fill the pitchers with chilled water
  • Organize the waiting area and make sure everything is in order
  • All Clip boards should have guest care forms
  •  Check petty cash to make sure you have enough change. If not get it from Citibank
  • Organize, Windex and clean the area around the reception desk
  • Check to make sure all the rooms are organized and ready to receive guests
  • Take care of the bathroom CHECKLIST
  • Turn on the spa music
    • In 1459 Third Ave leave volume of stereo at 30 and control volume through white knob. 
  •  Go to Yelp & check if any new reviews have been posted. 
  • Make sure there is enough chocolate on the reception counter
  •  Check any supplies that are low and enter into supply sheet
  • Plan your SALES day, check who can be sold what?
  • At 10:40 AM dim the spa lights
  • Smile and think positive thoughts

MORNING BATHROOM CHECKLIST FROM 9 AM – 11 AM

  •  Wipe both mirrors with Windex
  •  Make sure washer / dryer door is closed
  • Toilet paper rolls has sufficient paper
  • Hand towels container is full and stacked
  • There should be No items at the bottom of the sink
  •  Clean the sink and mirror counter
  • Garbage should be empty
  • Floor should be cleaned using broom

 AFTERNOON CHECKLIST FROM 12 PM – 4 PM

  •      Confirm all appointments for the next day
  •      Check bathroom to make sure hand towels and toilet paper is well stocked
  •      The soap container is full
  •      The garbage can is empty
  •      Text Gary sales and revenues figures

CLOSING CHECKLIST FROM 8 PM – 8:30 PM

  • Empty water pitchers. Do not throw lemon in the toilet, please throw it in the garbage
  • Make sure reception area is organized and all magazines are in place
  • Wash all glasses
  •  Windex the reception area
  •   Text daily revenue, sales and petty cash figures to Gary
  •  Text Service Providers reminding them they are working the next day as well as what time their first appointment is the next day
  • Make sure PETTY CASH is accurate and accounted for
  • Put the Macs on “Sleep” mode
  • Take any spa bills or gifts certificates that need to be mailed with you
  • Set the alarm
  • Turn off lights
  • Check to make sure door is locked
  • Empty Garbage cans and make sure to place a new bag in bin. 
  • Take out Garbage ever day
    • EXCEPT SATURDAYS for Broome St.
